Fauzii is an Australian entrepreneur, basketball executive, and founder of Playground and the Southeast Asia Junior Basketball League (SEAJBL). He is focused on building sustainable sports ecosystems that create meaningful opportunities for young people through basketball, education, and community development across Southeast Asia.
With more than 20 years of coaching and leadership experience, Fauzii has worked with schools, clubs, coaches, and organizations to develop programs that extend beyond the court. His work centers on creating clear pathways for athletes to access higher levels of competition, education, employment, and international opportunities.
Today, Fauzii leads a growing portfolio of initiatives spanning basketball, education, and social enterprise. His vision is to develop scalable, long-term projects that strengthen communities, connect international partners, and inspire the next generation to achieve more through sport.
